Our delivery time is not the fastest you will find on the internet, and we want to be transparent about it.

Our goal is to improve the quality of life for more than 1,000,000 people by 2024, and we are on track to achieve it. We believe our products have the potential to impact the world at affordable prices, because improving quality of life shouldn't cost a fortune.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During the holiday season and sales, please expect a little extra time for your order to be processed.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of the order date and shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we cannot change anything.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, expect 24 to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. After that, delivery takes between 5 and 9 business days, depending on where you live. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

Loss/Theft of Packages

SandrineParis is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages. If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, notify your respective carrier using the information provided on the tracking page.
