        How to Make a Return or Exchange in 5 Easy Steps

  1. Contact us by sending an email to bajabarra9@gmail.com to inform us if you wish to exchange or return your product(s). We will send you our returns form.

  2. Complete the return form provided with your package. Clearly indicate the items you wish to return and specify whether you want to exchange them or request a refund.

  3. Hand your package to the carrier of your choice within 30 days of receiving your order.

  4. Once we receive your return shipment at our warehouse, we will process the return within 10 business days. Our returns team will keep you informed via email.

  5. Please note that if a customer refuses the package upon delivery, an additional fee of 15 euros will be charged for processing the package and retrieving the requested items.

  • What are the return conditions? Our return policy allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt without justification. The items must be unused, unwashed, in resale condition, and with tags still attached. We do not accept returns of items purchased through giveaways or sales, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • How long does it take to exchange a product? If you choose to exchange a product when you register your return, we will begin processing it immediately to ensure a quick resolution in a few days.

  • Where can I find the order number to register a return? The order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after making your purchase. This is a five-digit code. If you can't find it, our customer service team will be happy to help you.

  • What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product? If you unfortunately receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to fix it. Send a message to infosandrineparis@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and our customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

  • How long does it take to process a refund? We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After we receive your return at our warehouse, we will refund you within 10 business days. Please note that the refund may take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account.

          IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel an order, contact our customer service team at the email address provided at the bottom of the page or through our contact form, and provide your order details, including the order number, your name, and contact details.
  • If the cancellation request is received within the first 24 hours, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 to 12 business days.
  • If the cancellation request is received after the first 24 hours, we cannot guarantee it will be accepted and cancellation fees may apply.
  • Any discount or promotional offer applied to the original order will be lost in case of cancellation.
  • If the order has already been processed in our warehouse or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If the customer refuses a delivery, no refund request will be accepted and a penalty of 15 euros will be applied to cover logistics costs and possible lost packages.
